Vendors are an important part of The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally festival experience and we appreciate you and your business’ continued support of our event. Each year, we publish a listing of our attending vendors both on our website and in our rally guide distributed to rally attendees. This year we would like to extend to your business an opportunity to reach more of our rally goes and make a bigger impact on your business with one of our “Featured Vendor Packages.” These packages come in a variety of sizes and pricing to best suit your business’ budget. Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally Logo / Name / Artwork Licensing
The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, type styles, logo etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Tees,” “Event Tees,” “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise.
