Tickets Purchased for the 2020 Rally

Why is the Rally moving to the Circuit of The Americas (COTA)?

Last month the powers that be in Travis County informed the Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally that we would not be able to hold the event at the Travis County Expo Center as the county would be using the facility as a Covid-19 Vaccine distribution center. Over the subsequent weeks, rally staff members worked diligently to secure the new location. The Circuit of The Americas facilities fit our needs and they have agreed to work with us to produce the same exciting event many of you have been coming to for years. Where is COTA located?

Just south of the Travis County Expo Center, The Circuit of The Americas is located at 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617. Please visit the directions information page here.

Does the postponement of the event in 2020 and subsequent move to COTA have any affect on the RV Space/Tickets I purchased for the 2020 event?

This has no affect on the RV Space or tickets you purchased for the 2020 event. All RV’s/Tickets purchased for the event in 2020 have been credited to your account for the 2021 event at The Circuit Of The Americas. Please log in to your account Dashboard on our website and view the “Orders” tab on your dashboard to find your credentials for the 25th Anniversary event being held June 10-13, 2021 at the Circuit of The Americas.

How does the move to Circuit of the Americas affect me if I have already purchased and RV Space for the event?

Rally site planners have been working on making the move to COTA as seamless a transition as possible. That said, if you purchased an RV space on the internal parade route, your new space at COTA will also be on the parade route. If you purchased multiple RV Spaces that were bunched together at the Travis County Expo Center, site planners have done their best to make sure this stays consistent for your spaces at COTA. Your lot Color and Space number will remain the same. You can find your spaces for the COTA location by visiting the Find My New RV Space page on our website. Here we feature a large map with color coded RV lots included. Just click on the colored RV lot you purchased for and the RV lot will show you the numbered spaces for that lot. Look up your space number on the map.

Does the move to COTA have any effect on the Nightly parade on the internal parade route?

The route itself will be different but the “Loop” will still run through the Lime Lot, Blue Lot, Purple Lot, Green Lot, and parts of the Yellow lot. If you have purchased an RV space on the parade route in any of these lots, you will still have a front row seat to the nightly parade.

How will this affect RV Check-In for the event?

RV check in at COTA will be much the same as it was at the Travis County Expo Center. Check in for RV’s will take place on Wednesday June 9th, 2021 at The Circuit of The Americas at 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617. Bring your printed tickets with you to RV Registration and we will get you checked in.

What if I am having an RV delivered to the event?

If you have purchased an RV Space for the event and are having your RV Rental delivered, you will need to make arrangements to have your RV delivered to 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617 on Wednesday, June9th, 2021. Same process just a different delivery address.

Will the move to COTA change whether or not I have a powered RV Space?
If you purchased an RV Space with power for the Expo, your RV space at COTA will have the same power provided.

If I don’t want to attend the event because of the move to COTA can I get a refund?

As stated in our terms and conditions on both our website and on your printed ticket, The Event is an all-weather event; no refunds, exchanges, or other form of credit or consideration will be made if weather, other “acts of God,” or any governmental action causes cancellation, closure, or relocation of the Event or any part thereof. If the Event is moved or rescheduled, original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled time and location.
