Vendor Opportunities | Become A Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally Vendor
Please read all of the information on this page. Do you have a motorcycle related product you would like to get in front of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts? The Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally is a great way to expose your goods and services at one of the most exciting motorcycle events of the year. The Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally is located in Bastrop County, Texas and takes place from June 9 -12, 2022 at Mere’s Reserve.
Vendor Areas
The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally has a variety of Vendor spaces available to meet all types of needs. We can accommodate from 10×10 to 20×60 spaces up to large 18-Wheelers. The Outdoor Vendor Mall has spaces that can accommodate any size or dimension display. Outdoor vendor spaces are located on grass or gravel pathways.
Businesses that are Eligible to Become Vendors
Most types of businesses are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are a few exceptions. We cannot allow the sale of firearms, or any material deemed inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Mere’s Reserve. Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally Logo / Name / Artwork Licensing
The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, type styles, logo etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Tees,” “Event Tees,” “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise.
